fmt not searched in GitCondDBConfig.cmake

The GitCondDB::GitCondDB target depends (at link time) on the fmt::fmt target, but there's no find_package(fmt) implied by find_package(GitCondDB).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
