Add relations to vertex, parent and children to Particle v2

List of properties/requirements/changes needed in v2 particle class:

• A link between v2 particle and its vertex, currently vertex location is saved while v1 particle knows it's Vertex object. Is this needed or not?

• All particles in composites collection needs to have same number of children/ancestors. Is this really okay?
