PyConf: List of strings should not be allowed for a MergingTransformer input property

Currently (v53r3), it seems that a list of strings can be passed to a list of DataHandles property (such as for the MergingTransformer RawEventCombiner). This should raise an exception.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
