I suspect that since !3507 (merged) and Rec!2842 (merged) tests in -dbg platforms such as this one have been failing with a segfault.
In addition PrStorePrUTHits().isCluster was set to True by default, which may not make sense for some samples. At least setting it to False works around the problem.
