Rename IOVLockDD4hep to IOVLock

At the beginning, when we thought that we could mix DetDesc and DD4hep in a single application, it made sense to have to independent TES entries to mark the loading of the two detector descriptions.

Now that we know such scenario is impossible, we should replace all occurrences of IOVLockDD4hep with IOVLock, in particular because it makes the configuration more messy.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
