File IO in Moore while running Ganga

When running a recent Moore (at least from Moore v56r0 on) release on Ganga, an error shows up: PyConf.utilities.ConfigurationError: Cannot run with an empty input_files list. From what I can see the input_files are always configured (in data.py) after the options you give Ganga. However, as far as I know, this implies that the file list will always be empty when configuring Moore.
