The main issue is that !1326 (merged) introduced a new condition in SIMCOND-upgrade that is required by the FT decoding (ReadoutMap), but which does not yet exist in LHCBCOND. So this decoder will not, in its current state, work on real data. This has to be fixed.

A side effect is that the creation of the functor cache for Tesla is broken. It can be switched off for the time being in DaVinci/master
