Turbo->TurboSpruce->DaVinci integration test

Given Moore!4327 (merged) we have a new input_process and process. Need integration test for this

Currently we use static files /eos/lhcb/wg/dpa/wp1/temp/spruce_overlaptest.streamone.dst that come out of Moore.sprucing.qms.test_spruce_turbooverlap.qmt
