Non-deterministic counters in HLT2 reconstruction

When running HLT2 over 5 MEPs (located at /calib/online/tmpHlt1Dumps/LHCb/0000332893), some non-deterministic counters are observed (when running the same task from time to time). The fluctuation is at the level of <0.1%.

"matching chi2" (from Hlt2_CaloSelective* algs)
"energy (calo) associated to track"
"average E/p"
"muonMVAStat"
"#MatchingChi2" (from Hlt2_PrMatchNN alg)

Most of these counters seem to relate to Calo. Maybe correlated to #749

The full output log of two tests are also attached (with alg run time removed due to file size limit).
