Add Monte Carlo truth matching

It's useful for analysts to be able to compare Moore output against Monte Carlo truth. Brunel would create relations tables that associated reconstructed objects to true objects, and then analysis tools would use these tables when matching higher-level objects like Particles.

We should create MC association tables in Moore, and persist them.

Right now we effectively only support Turbo-style output, so we can consider adding the creation and persistence of MC association tables for objects to be persisted from Turbo lines.
