Increase test coverage of Allen in Moore

I think tests like hlt1_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking.qmt are missing for the Allen configuration. Apparently it was forgotten to add them.

The tests which exist allen_mdf_write.qmt and test_hlt1_allen_example.qmt in MooreAnalysis do not exercise the converters and MC matching as far as I know.
