Test `CaloHypoEff` with all tracking configuration sequences
Expand RecoConf.hlt2_reco_calo_efficiency and RecoConf.hlt2_reco_calo_selectivematching to check the efficiency of classifying clusters into neutral and charged with different tracking configurations. Right now these tests run only with the baseline tracking configuration and changes that affect only eg the light_reco set up can go unnoticed. See this check as an example.
