MCTrackInfo persistence in sprucing

At the moment, the MCTrackInfo is not persisted when the MCParticles are written out to a DST in sprucing. In Run-2, this information was used in various analyses, accessed via MCTupleToolReconstructed. Directly coming to mind, this includes studies related to lifetime measurements (true lifetime acceptance) and charge asymmetries. The additional data should be just an unsigned int per MCParticle.
