Neutral variables in Particle class/ Relation tables/ Removed

List of current neutral variables in Additional Info as filled in FutureNeutralProtoPAlg.cpp. Colour-coded proposition for where to put them in the new Event Model, based on the following reasoning:

  • what can be computed for all neutral particles should be in the base particle class, unless it's rarely used and can be computed offline by those who need it
  • what cannot be computed for all neutral particles should be in the Relation Tables.

Comments on the proposed classification are welcome, especially from analysts.
