2022 commissioning data for all

We want post-HLT2 data samples in the bkk. There are two purposes of this

• To test running the downstream applications (Sprucing/DV) on the production system - any data quality can be used for this
• For analysts to be able to take a first look at the new data - here data quality obviously matters

Needed for DPA task https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/31.
