  I think that's a bug. Removing hlt_raw_banks here prevents from copying the Hlt raw banks twice when running Hlt2 with dst output.

  Perhaps there should be a test to catch RawBank related issues like this. Also current selective rawbank test is only writing out MDF. Can you add a dst writing test? Maybe also a test for sprucing?
