Documentation for Run3 Isolation

It is necessary to create a clear and comprehensive documentation for the current work on the isolation to help and guide users in the implementation of the tool.

A possible way to document the work could be the following:

• Prepare a RST page to add to the Moore documentation that explains how to get relation tables and persist the extra information that could be used to compute offline the isolation -> !2478 (closed)
• Improve the DaVinciExample used to get isolation variables to have a more clear (and concrete) example of the algorithm and the functorcollection application -> DaVinci!930 (merged)
