allen_gaudi_velo_with_mcchecking and allen_gaudi_pv_with_mcchecking tests are unstable

The RecoConf_allen_gaudi_velo_with_mcchecking and RecoConf_allen_gaudi_pv_with_mcchecking are unstable and give small differences in tests from time to time. This makes the testing procedure harder and slows down the testing and merging of new MRs.
