Configuration of persisted reconstruction for ion data

TTracks objects stored by the option persistReco=True at the HLT2 level should be tuned/filtered in order to reduce the event size for ion. The idea would Several parts of the code should be modified:

• a new entry in persistency_locations.py should be added without the TTrack container.
• Modifications of hlt2_tracking.py, hlt2_global_reco.py, here and persistreco.py are expected to avoid issues.
