Add PrKalmanFilter step for MVA filtered T-tracks

Currently the MVA T-tracks filter takes as input the same decloned seed tracks that are passed to the calorimeter reconstruction. These tracks are v1.

In order to pass these to PrKalmanFilter either we need to use a configuration of PrKalmanFilter that accepts v1 tracks, or convert the tracks to a format for PrKalmanFilter, use the relations between the v1 tracks and the Pr tracks
