SpruceQEE_ZToMuMu_TrackEff_{trkeff_method} requires new Hlt2-filtered input before included in global running.

!2530 (merged) adds these sprucing lines, but they reconstruct probe_muons and therefore required changes to the Hlt2 'feeder' lines. Until the Spruce input sample is updated following merging of 2530, these spruce lines cannot be included in tests.

This issue is to remind us not to forget to 'switch on' these lines via sprucing_lines.update(spruce_qee.sprucing_trkeff_lines) in qee/__init__.py once it is possible to include them in running.
