[CI-test] Incorrect '-99.9% bandwidth' from `Moore_spruce_all_lines` due to unit change.

Found !2530 (comment 7254183). The reporting of -99.90% bandwidth is just because the values being compared are equal but in MB and GB respectively.

Appears related to this change to the test handlers by @shunan lhcb-core/LHCbPR2HD!264 (diffs).
If so: / 1e3 for these lines should be included (or something a little prettier...) lhcb-core/LHCbPR2HD!264 (diffs).
