Retuning of cut-based inclusive dilepton trigger

Issue to track the progress of retuning the cut-based inclusive dilepton trigger, as discussed in RTA WP3, 13th November 2023 and any related comments that arises.

To-do list:

• Unify 2-body dilepton builder with 3/4-body dilepton builder.
• Check dielectron builder Bremsstrahlung accounting.
• Check decay descriptors for event multiplication.
• Check whether GEC needed/wanted.
• Tune topological selection cuts.
