Bandwidth of charm radiative trigger lines
Following up from #840, the bandwidth of radiative charm decays (> 200 MB/s) is among the largest, see https://rjhunter-bandwidth.web.cern.ch/HighMuData/hlt2__production__rates_for_all_lines_split_by_stream.html#turbo_label for details.
Not sure how much can be done to reduce it further, but the proponents should look into this as soon as possible to check:
- if anything can be done to reduce the rate
- if ECAL information is needed to achieve a significantly better purity, or gamma/pi0 reconstruction
- what is the purity and signal efficiency of these lines in 2024 data
The changes to Moore should be done within the end of the week (otherwise we cannot exclude that we will have to prescale the lines, or to remove the persistence of ECAL information), but we would also like to see the results of a preliminary analysis of 2024 data presented at the Charm WG as soon as possible, ideally in the next few weeks. A prompt follow up would be greatly appreciated (including submission of an AnalysisProduction, if this hasn't been done yet)
