A collection of MC Information preservation and reading related "problems"

This issue is intended to collect users' questions about the saved MC information and how to read it.

The documented issues here might not be a real "issue", but would probably help improving the documentation of Moore and DaVinci/FunTuple. For real issues, a to-do list can be formed based on them.

Is encouraged to provide a script to reproduce the problem for reference~
