Raw Event is always preserved in DST

It seems that /Event/DAQ/RawEvent_moved_aside is always saved into the output DST files when running HLT2 reconstruction over the MC samples saved in (x)digi files. Below is a check list, currently we've check the first two terms and both of them have the issue.

  • HLT2, flagging, MC
  • HLT2, no flagging, MC
  • Sprucing, flagging, MC
  • Sprucing, no flagging, MC
  • Sprucing, data

One possible reason is the config script to create the vetolist doesn't contains this branch.
