Bs->Jpsi Phi Hlt2 trigger line and qmtests

This MR contains implementation of

$B_s \to J/\psi \phi$

Hlt2 trigger line and QMtests for Hlt1(2)Conf

I added

$B_s \to J/\psi \phi$

Hlt2 trigger line, which required me to add few new standard particles:

• make_muons
• make_phi2kk
• make_mass_constrained_jpsi2mumu

Those particle makers together with selections are based on the Stripping line for

$J/\psi \phi$

Timing

HLTControlFlowMgr INFO ---> Loop over 1100 Events Finished - WSS 1427.63, timed 700 Events: 61402 ms, Evts/s = 11.4003
