Crash using lhcbstacks!162 on dbg platform

New stack was prepared following lhcb-core/lhcbstacks!162 (merged), however set of crashes was observed:

1. on opt+g platform:

• hlt1_pp_vdm_bgi sequence works without problem
• hlt1_pp_forward_then_matching_no_ut_no_gec is crashing as shown at https://lblogbook.cern.ch/HLT/242
• hlt1_pp_forward_then_matching_no_ut_no_gec after commenting out make_di_muon_no_ip_line test is working

2. on dbg platform:

• stack is immediately crashing using any sequence, crash log: https://lblogbook.cern.ch/HLT/243 (observed only when using GPU build)
