Memory leakage in RecoMon

Online experts pointed out that the our RecoMon has memory leak about ~ 4M/second. This should be investigated. The current running configuration of RecoMon includes only VELO and SciFi. The option file is here: /group/hlt/hlt2/MooreOnline/MooreOnlineConf/options/reco.py
