Extract decay descriptors from Selections

Michael Thomas Alexander requested to merge malexand-selection-decay-descriptors into 2017-patches

I've added some functionality to extract decay descriptors from Selections. This is just so that it can be used for generating the Stripping documentation, and make producing ntuples etc from stripped data easier.
