Add new muon variables to LoKi functors

They are the correlated chi2, and two BDTs. This MR adds LoKi functors for variables already present in part of Run2 data. It can be useful to port it to 2018-patches and run2-patches so people can use them for analysis with run2 stack. It could be used in the stripping as well, but only for certain years.
