Extend extrapolator test in Rec and drop test from Brunel

TrackParameterizedExtrapolator could be added to the list of extrapolators in the test above (Tr/TrackExtrapolators/tests/options/test_extrapolators.py), at which point I think it covers what is currently tested in Brunel, so the Brunel test (Rec/Brunel/tests/qmtest/brunel.qms/brunel-extraptester.qmt) could be dropped at that point.
