Intermediate ParticleCombiner being used while waiting for the full ThOr implementation having issues in two body decays involving a neutral object

Using ParticleCombiner to build excited d-mesons in B2OC (code here, currently disabled) will produce errors

and give zero retention rate on lines with neutrals.
