Adapt ghost probability for v3::Tracks

The UpgradeGhostID needs to be adapted to work with v3::Tracks and take as input the (new) TrackFitResult. https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Rec/-/blob/master/Tr/TrackTools/src/UpgradeGhostId.cpp

In the course of development, this was changed to introducing a standalone algorithm that calculates the ghost probability with v3::Tracks in !2765 (merged)
