Runtime segfault when using MINIPCHI2 functor in CompositeCut (in ParticleCombiner)

Report of a crash/segfault with Moore

Brief summary of encountered problem

When using the MINIPCHI2 functor in the a CompositeCut of the ParticleCombiner, it's possible for Moore to crash while the event loop has already started. Instead of the MINIPCHI2 functor, the BPVIPCHI2 should have been used. To me, this problem should have been caught in the initialisation.

Included are the log file ((or as a .txt file)), the set of lines I use to run with and, lastly, my options file to run Moore with.

Moore version used (or nightly, as appropriate), platform

master, updated yesterday afternoon, compiled for x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc11-opt (default lb-stack-setup)
