DecayTreeFitterAlg: Issue with mass constraint

Ran into two issues when developing Example5 regarding DTF for starter-kit:

• When I apply Jpsi and Phi mass constraints (i.e. DTFAlg(MassConstraints=["J/psi(1S)", "phi(1020)"], Input=input_data)), the constraint seems to have been applied on Jpsi but not on Phi (?) (See plots). Red indicated values after the fit.
