Conditions for SelectiveTrackMatchAlg not found

The following error from https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-dd4hep/1224/Moore/x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc11+dd4hep-opt/tests#RecoConf.hlt2_reco_calo_only and https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-dd4hep/1225/Moore/x86_64_v2-centos7-clang12+dd4hep-opt/tests#RecoConf.hlt2_reco_calo_only should be addressed.

Note these tests included the fix for CaloFutureClusterMonitor LHCb!3717 (merged) The first did NOT include the calo geometry in Detector Detector!190 (merged) but the second did.
