Remove Rec/Phys/Luminosity and Rec/Rec/LumiAlgs from master

If there will be no objections, the obsolete directories Rec/Phys/Luminosity and Rec/Rec/LumiAlgs are going to be removed IN ONE WEEK from the master branch, which is for Run 3 development only.
