Energy loss corrections in TrackMasterFitter with DD4Hep

When applying energy loss corrections in the TrackMasterFitter here, it goes to the

• MaterialLocatorBase here, then to
• StateDetailedBetheBlochEnergyCorrectionTool here which then throws an exception in
• Material here as it is not implemented.

Is this a corner case or something that simply does not work yet?
