Decoding errors when running hlt2_reco_calo_only test in DD4HEP

Decoding errors when running hlt2_reco_calo_only test in the platform: x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc11+dd4hep-opt. Seems to be an issue with the ECAL cabling scheme in DD4HEP or a disagreement between the MC cabling scheme (old) and the new one.
