Hlt TisTos for the persisted extra particle associated to signal

As it is decided now in semi-leptonic WG that we are going to build the excited states offline from the persisted extra particles associated to the signal decay, @hicheur made the point that it will become important to store the hlt TIS/TOS information for each of the persisted extra particles.

Currently we have in place machinery to store hlt1 tis/tos for signal candidates and hlt2 tis/tos is in progress (see the slides at the RTA-DPA meeting).

The machinery built for signal candidates I hope can be, with less effort, extended to extra particles, however need to build an DV example to check it works.
