Port in PrTrackAssociator in run5 code the changes from 2024-patches

The PrTrackAssociator which is used to define the denominator of tracking efficiencies has been updated in 2024-patches to account better for ancestor/daughters truth matching in !4068 (merged) and other discussions in !3437 ( which is not known what effect can have for tracking efficiencies).

• Those changes should be included/cherry picked in run5 developments.

FYI : @peilian , @clangenb (as you are working already on this part for run5)

It should be straight forward to port.
