Port of CaloFutureMergedPi0 algorithm to the Gaudi::Functional framework

A port of CaloFutureMergedPi0 algorithm to the Gaudi::Functional framework, 'option (1)', with related minimal changes in the Reconstruction.py configurable. Also cleaned-up the code a bit, changed to range-based for-loops and the new counters.

I tested it with brunel-upgrade-baseline* tests and apart from the changed counter printout format, nothing should differ in the tests.
