Inclusive Charm lines

Marian Stahl requested to merge mstahl_InclCharm into Stripping21_MultiCharmInclusiveLine

BandQ Inclusive charm lines for restripping of Run1 data.

Retentions are given below. Cuts for 2012 extremely hard (about 75% efficiency), while they are loose (about 90% efficiency) for 2011. And still, the rate for 2011 is much lower. Is this expected? Maybe from different trigger settings?
