Updated Ccbar2Ppbar and Ccbar2PhiPhi lines adjusting rates for Stripping21 BandQ Global

StrippingCcbar2PpbarNew and StrippingCcbar2PhiPhiDetached taken from 2018-patches and updated to adjust retention rates for FullDST. Before changes lines exeeded rate for 2012 test sample:
