Disable BW Test job for now it might confuse users

BW Test job runs and breaks everytime, currently it's allowed to fail, but this might be confusing and will also prevent the pipeline from completing in reasonable time for no reason. -> Disable for now (replace, like with MooreOnline, test with a message)
