Enhanced context delivery on updates

Current behaviour

Both conditions and notifications are contextualised with first values. This leads to a situation when if conditions change (e.g. more FEDs suffer from the same problem) the text of condition/notification will not be up to date.

Expected behaviour

Dashboard updates and highlights the values as the update. Browser delivers the information about changing conditions in the coherent way.
