High deadtime due to FUs crashing

Around 20:20 we see that the number of crashed FUs is increasing. We could easily identify the problem by checking the percentage of FUs crashed against some threshold (Hannes suggested 1%)

The question is: could the problem be identified earlier than 20:20?
