Special instructions: deadtime at the start of a fill

For the moment, with the LHC increasing luminosity, run coordination would like the DAQ shifter to record in ELOG the deadtime contributors at the start of a fill (first 30 minutes or so probably), every 5-10 minutes. To do so just take a screenshot of the TTS LPM section of the TCDS CPM "Rates and Deadtimes" page, and then transcribe all entries with >0.5% deadtime together with the total trigger rate (both issued and suppressed) and the physics trigger rate (both issued and suppressed).
