unidentified problem: subsystem function manager goes into error

From the snapshot one can see that subsystem ES went into error:

    "@id" : "SS_ES",
    "name" : "ES",
    "status" : "Error",

(i.e. the Level 1 went into error, not the TTS state). This corresponds e.g. to 2017/5/26/0/1495760044244.smile
